I have long wanted to run for public office on the platform that the person who decides what kind of toilet paper dispenser goes into a public restroom must also have the same device installed in all of their home bathrooms.
That’s the stuff at my university out west, I swear!!
Is it the dispenser? Is it the paper? Or is it just evil? I’m thinking evil.
